YWCA in Nashville
Founder Ruth Ann Harnisch gave personal contributions of service and money to the YW when she was a Nashville journalist. (Her mother was a member of the South Buffalo YWCA and continues to meet regularly with surviving members of the YW-Wives, together since the 1950s).
In addition to supporting various programs, The HF has provided grants for executive coaching for YWCA leadership during times of transition and growth.
