It's sad but true: women still don't have equal opportunity in most aspects of life on earth. This project focuses on corporations as drivers of global change. The idea is to encourage corporations to become certified in gender equality by meeting a standard for a workplace offering equality of rights, responsibilities and opportunities to men and women. The Gender Equality Project helps move corporate consciousness toward creating a world where women and men are equally valued and respected in all aspects of economic, political and social life.
