Sweetbriar Nature Center
The Harnisch Foundation invested in the leadership of the Co-Executive Directors of the Sweetbriar Nature Center, a haven for wildlife and a significant source of education and preservation for Long Island (NY, USA).
This unusual husband-and-wife team agreed that neither of them could take on the challenge alone, but that together they could transform Sweetbriar. Their success speaks for itself. People of all ages come to the beautiful center, engaging in native wildlife rehabilitation and conservation.
